Fred Miranda has a wonderful web site with a variety of resources for digital photographers, including photoshop actions, message boards and weekly assignments. The weekly assignment is a photo topic that changes every week. Anyone can submit a photo. It is a good way to push you to take photos that you wouldn’t normally take.
